Explain My Pitch home

For proposals inside your organisation

Make the case before the meeting starts.

A business case, a project proposal or a budget request, turned into a short, narrated, captioned video, so the leadership team or the board has heard your case before it reaches the agenda.

Where an internal pitch needs help

Decision-makers inside an organisation read a lot of documents. A short video of yours is something they will watch between meetings.

Business cases and budget requests

The problem, the options, the cost and the return, in the order your business case sets them out, with the figures plotted from it.

Project and change proposals

Explain what will change, who it affects and why now, for the people who have to agree to it and the people who have to live with it.

Ideas schemes and innovation challenges

Many organisations run internal pitch rounds. A clear video helps a good idea from anywhere in the organisation get a fair hearing.

Built, not generated

A pitch cannot afford a garbled number. Generative AI video models paint every frame, so they can invent a price, a percentage or a claim that sounds right but is not in your document. We do not use them. Each frame is built from your document's own words and figures, so what the video shows can be checked against the source, line by line.

Two video frames showing the same chart. Left, painted by an AI video model: the title and axis labels are letter-shaped scribbles and the points are smeared blobs, because such a model can invent a number, a label or a claim. Right, built from the pitch: the typeset title Sample figures: 12 months, axes labelled Month and Result, and 12 sharp points plotted from a table of figures.
An illustration of the difference, with sample figures.

No made-up figures

Our software draws only what is in the script you approve, and the script is written from your document, with the slide, page or table behind each line noted so your reviewers can check it against the source.

Typeset, not painted

Every word on screen is typeset, so there is no garbled lettering and no text that is not in the script you approved.

Plotted from your numbers

Charts are plotted from the document's own figures: prices, savings, timelines, results. Nothing is rounded up to sound better.

Says what you approved

Diagrams are drawn deliberately, and what the video says is the script you approved, with human review by one of our editors if you add it.

Why AI video models get text, numbers and charts wrong, and how we keep videos true to your pitch.

Less of your time on each video

Commissioning an animated explainer usually means a briefing call and five or six rounds of sign-off: script, storyboard, style frames, animation, final mix.1 Here you approve a script and accept the video. We estimate 10 to 20 minutes to read and approve a script, based on our pilot videos.

Two rows of stages. A typical agency, five or six sign-offs: brief, script, storyboard, style frames, animation and final mix, each ticked. Explain My Pitch, two sign-offs: only the script and the video are ticked, and the other stages are empty.
Your sign-offs, stage by stage. The agency stages are from the studios' published process pages (sources below).

The whole process, from deck upload to finished video, takes just a few minutes. Ready for the next leadership meeting, not the one after.

1 Sources: the published process pages of Yum Yum Videos, Gisteo and Epipheo, which list five or six client sign-off stages, read 27 September 2026. The time figure is our estimate, not a measurement. More on how we compare.

Confidential documents

Proposals, tenders and business cases are rarely public. Here is exactly where we stand today.

Flag it, and it is treated differently

Mark a document confidential when you order, with a date if it becomes public later. Nothing from a flagged document is published or used as a sample, and everyone on our team who handles it sees the flag. You decide when to publish the finished video.

A confidential document goes to a language model only under a zero-data-retention arrangement, or to a private model on infrastructure we control. Neither is in place yet, so we cannot yet process confidential documents. You can prepare and save the order now, and we keep it and email you when we can. A zero-data-retention option is coming for confidential and embargoed documents.

Everything else

Our specialised AI agents draft each script. For a document that is not confidential, this is what applies. Our language-model provider, Anthropic, may retain the material we send it for a limited period (currently up to 30 days, or up to 2 years if its automated systems flag the material as breaching its usage policy) for safety and abuse monitoring. It does not use it to train its models. You accept this when you submit the order.

If your organisation prefers, we can use your own Anthropic API key instead, in which case your organisation's agreement with Anthropic governs that processing.

Uploaded documents are stored privately, used only to make your video, and deleted 90 days after you accept the video.

Data protection

We process the personal data in your documents as your processor, and sign a UK GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement with your organisation on request. The privacy policy names everyone who processes your information.

Non-disclosure agreements

If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before you share a document, say so in your enquiry and we will look at it with you before you send anything.

Enterprise

from £399/month

from £478.80/month inc. VAT
  • 15 video credits each month, for any document
  • A brand pack built from your logo, colours and typeface
  • Up to 5 members on one account, with one bill
  • 3 revision rounds with every video
  • Monthly; cancel at the end of any billing month

The monthly allowance does not roll over. Need fewer videos? A single video or a pack of credits works too.

Invoice and purchase order

If your finance team needs a purchase order, we set up your account and invoice you on 30-day terms, with no card needed.

Human review options

Human review is not included in the base plan. Add it per video at £99, or take the review add-on (£749/month) so that every video submitted while it is active gets human review.

Pitching often? Set up your team

If your team pitches internally or to clients all year, the enterprise plan gives you one account, one bill and your own brand. Tell us your organisation, roughly how many videos you expect a year, and whether you need a purchase order or an invoice.

Ordering one video yourself? See what to have ready before you order.

We process your documents as your processor, and sign a UK GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement with your organisation on request.

We reply to every enquiry, usually within two working days.
